In this segment of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last Word On Hockey<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/category\/nhl-predictions\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NHL Predictions<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we\u2019ll take a look at how both teams\u2019 last regular season games will go. While Vegas has already clinched the Pacific Division, Vancouver was eliminated from playoffs last week.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>NHL Predictions\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vegas Golden Knights vs. Vancouver Canucks<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Head-to-Head: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3\u20130 Vegas\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Time: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)\u00a0 <\/span><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>TV: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SN360, TNT, TNT Web, TruTV<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Canucks Have Historically Come up Short Against the Golden Knights\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vancouver has not won a single game against Vegas this season, but their struggles against the Golden Knights exceed just 2024\u201325. All time, the Canucks are 7\u201315\u20132 against the Golden Knights. Their last win against Vegas was on April 8, 2024. In all three of their matchups this season, Vegas has scored three goals. In two of these meetings, Vancouver has only tallied one in each. To end their season with a win, the Canucks will need to focus on putting up more offence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vegas is Cruising to End the Season\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Golden Knights enter this matchup against the Canucks with nothing to lose. They clinched the Pacific Division on April 12 against the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/category\/predators\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nashville Predators<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which means they\u2019ve already gained home-ice advantage. Their first-round opponent was decided last night, when the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/category\/blues\/\" target=\"_self\">St. Louis Blues<\/a> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/category\/wild\/\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minnesota Wild<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> both won their playoff-clinching matchups. Vegas also played last night, losing 5-4 in a shootout to the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/category\/flames\/\" target=\"_self\">Calgary Flames<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lineup Absences Are a Problem for Both the Golden Knights and the Canucks\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In last night\u2019s match against the<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Flames<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Vegas rested <\/span><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/s\/stonema01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mark Stone<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/e\/eicheja01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jack Eichel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/p\/pietral01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alex Pietrangelo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.hockey-reference.com\/players\/h\/hanifno01.html\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Noah Hanifin<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
