Edmonton Oilers vs Florida Panthers<\/h3>\n

We open NHL predictions with our featured game between the Oilers and the Panthers. Stuart Skinner<\/a> is the likely starter for the Oilers. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Edmonton is coming into this game having lost the last four games in a row. Evan Bouchard<\/a> has produced nine goals and 36 assists for the Oilers.<\/p>\n

Sergei Bobrovsky<\/a> is the expected starter for the Panthers in the rematch of last season’s Stanley Cup Final. Florida is 7-3 in the last 10 games coming into this matchup. Aleksander Barkov<\/a> is putting together another strong season with 14 goals and 40 assists for the Panthers.<\/p>\n

Edmonton is struggling and will be up for this game. However, Florida should get the win.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Panthers win 4-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Columbus Blue Jackets vs Detroit Red Wings<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Blue Jackets 0-1 Red Wings<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> Fan Duel Sports Ohio; Fan Duel Sports Detroit; ESPN+<\/p>\n

This next game of our NHL predictions is an important one for the Eastern Conference playoff picture. The Columbus Blue Jackets<\/a> are projected to give the start to Elvis Merzlikins<\/a> in this pivotal game. Columbus is 5-4-1 in the last 10 games, but have two straight victories prior to this matchup. Kent Johnson<\/a> has been averaging over a point a game as of late with six goals and five assists over the past 10 games.<\/p>\n

Cam Talbot<\/a> is the probable starter for the Detroit Red Wings<\/a>, which are 8-1-1 in the last 10 games. Detroit has also taken the last two games in a row to put itself into a wild card spot. Alex DeBrincat<\/a> has racked up 26 goals and 24 assists for the Red Wings.<\/p>\n

Both teams need this victory, but Detroit takes this one.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Red Wings in 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Winnipeg Jets vs Nashville Predators<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Jets 2-1 Predators<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> TSN3; Fan Duel Sports South; ESPN+<\/p>\n

The last game<\/a> of NHL predictions is a Central Division battle between the Winnipeg Jets<\/a> and Nashville Predators<\/a>. Eric Comrie<\/a> is the expected starter for Winnipeg, which is on the back-end of two games in two nights. Kyle Connor<\/a> was leading the team in assists (41) and points (71) going into Wednesday night’s game.<\/p>\n

Juuse Saros<\/a> is likely to get the start in the blue paint for the Predators in this one. Nashville is 2-8 in the last 10 and this also includes two consecutive defeats. Filip Forsberg<\/a> leads the Predators in goals (21), assists (32) and points (53).<\/p>\n

This could be a good time for a surprise, but the Jets seem too talented on paper.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Jets win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Prop Bets of the Night<\/h3>\n

We wrap up NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go to the Stanley Cup Final rematch for our preferred props. Go with Leon Draisaitl<\/a> to get a power-play goal in this one. For Florida, take Sam Reinhart<\/a> to notch a goal.<\/p>\n
