We open NHL predictions with a Metropolitan Division game between the Washington Capitals<\/a> and Philadelphia Flyers.<\/a> Charlie Lindgren<\/a> is the projected starter for the Capitals. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Washington is 7-1-2 in the last 10 games heading into this matchup. Aliaksei Protas<\/a> has totaled 22 goals and 23 assists for the Capitals.<\/p>\n

Ivan Fedotov<\/a> is the expected starter for Philadelphia, which is 4-5-1 in the last 10 games. This included four consecutive losses for the Flyers in entering this divisional game. Owen Tippett<\/a> has generated 14 goals and 16 assists for Philadelphia.<\/p>\n

The Flyers seem to be falling out of the race while the Capitals are rolling.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Capitals win 5-2.<\/p>\n

Ottawa Senators vs Tampa Bay Lightning<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Senators 1-1 Lightning<\/h4>\n

We have an Atlantic Division battle between the Ottawa Senators<\/a> and Tampa Bay Lightning<\/a> for the second game of our NHL predictions. Ottawa is going with Anton Forsberg<\/a> in net for this game. The Senators are 7-3 in the last 10 games. Brady Tkachuk<\/a> has generated 20 goals and 21 assists for Ottawa.<\/p>\n

Andrei Vasilevskiy<\/a> is the confirmed starter for Tampa Bay, which has a 5-4-1 mark in the last 10 games. However, the Lightning did get a 4-3 victory over the Senators last time out. \u00a0Nikita Kucherov<\/a> has collected 25 goals with 51 assists for Tampa Bay.<\/p>\n

Both teams are jockeying for Stanley Cup Playoff positioning. However, Tampa gets the home-and-home sweep.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Lightning win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Colorado Avalanche vs Calgary Flames<\/h3>\n

Our featured game<\/a> of NHL predictions has the Avalanche taking on the Flames. Mackenzie Blackwood<\/a> is the expected starter for the Avalanche, which has a 4-5-1 in the last 10 games. Nathan MacKinnon<\/a> has tallied 20 goals and 60 assists for the Avalanche.<\/p>\n

Dustin Wolf<\/a> is the confirmed starter for the Flames, who are 5-5 in the last 10 games. Calgary is 16-9-3 in home games in the 2024-25 campaign. \u00a0Jonathan Huberdeau<\/a> is continuing his bounce-back season 20 goals and 19 assists for the Flames.<\/p>\n
