Colorado Avalanche vs New York Rangers<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Avalanche 1-0 Rangers<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong>\u00a01 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> Sportsnet; MSG; Altitude; ESPN+<\/p>\n

We open NHL predictions with the Colorado Avalanche<\/a> taking on the New York Rangers<\/a>. Mackenzie Blackwood<\/a> is slated to get the start as Colorado played the day before. The Avs come into this game with a 4-5-1 mark in the last 10 games. This includes a three-game losing streak heading into this matchup. New acquisition Martin Necas<\/a> has totaled 16 goals and 40 assists for the 2024-25 season.<\/p>\n

Igor Shesterkin<\/a> is the projected starter for the Rangers, but always check social media before locking in a fantasy starter. The Blueshirts having seemingly turning things around with points in their last 10 games. This includes seven victories in that span. Artemi Panarin<\/a> keeps putting together strong seasons with 20 goals and 29 assists for the Rangers.<\/p>\n

New York will be rested, but Colorado will be motivated to break its mini-skid.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Avalanche win 4-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Minnesota Wild vs Chicago Blackhawks<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Wild 2-1 Blackhawks<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> SN1; Fan Duel Sports North; Fan Duel Sports Wisconsin; Chicago Sports Network; ESPN+<\/p>\n

We have a Central Division matchup between the Minnesota Wild<\/a> and Chicago Blackhawks<\/a> in the second game of today’s NHL predictions. The Wild are looking to clinch the season-series in this one. Filip Gustavsson<\/a> is likely to get the start with the Wild playing the night before. Minnesota is struggling, but Mats Zuccarello<\/a>\u00a0has four goals and nine assists over the last 10 games.<\/p>\n

Petr Mrazek<\/a> is the expected starter for Chicago, which is 3-4-3 and has lost two straight games. The Hawks have seemingly punted on this season after dealing Taylor Hall<\/a> to the Carolina Hurricanes. Tyler Bertuzzi<\/a> has been a bright spot with 17 goals and 10 assists for the Blackhawks.<\/p>\n

Minnesota could get Kirill Kaprizov<\/a> back soon and that would be a big boost. However, the Wild should take this one.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Wild win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Florida Panthers vs Vegas Golden Knights<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Panthers 1-0 Golden Knights<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> Sportsnet; Scripps Florida; Scripps Vegas; ESPN+<\/p>\n

The last game of NHL predictions<\/a> is our featured matchup between the Panthers and Golden Knights. Florida is projected to go with Spencer Knight<\/a> in the blue paint for this game. The Panthers are 5-4-1 in the last 10 games entering this matchup. Sam Reinhart<\/a> has been great all season, but has seven goals over the last 10 games.<\/p>\n

Ilya Samsonov<\/a> is the expected starter for the Golden Knights, who are 3-6-1 in the last 10 games. Vegas has been having difficulty in scoring with netting 2.8 per game during this 10-game stretch. Pavel Dorofeyev<\/a> has been doing well as of late with seven goals and three assists over the past 10 games.<\/p>\n

Vegas has been good at home this entire season and will get a much-need victory in this one.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Golden Knights win 4-3.<\/em><\/p>\n
