NHL Predictions<\/h2>\n

Montreal Canadiens vs Detroit Red Wings<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Canadiens 2-0 Red Wings<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong>\u00a07 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> TSN2; Fan Duel Sports Detroit; ESPN+<\/p>\n

We open NHL predictions with an “Original Six” battle between the Montreal Canadiens<\/a> and Detroit Red Wings.<\/a> The Habs will go with Sam Montembeault<\/a> in between the pipes for this game. Montreal has been on a tear as of late with a 7-2-1 mark in the last 10 games. Cole Caufield<\/a> continues his solid campaign with 24 goals and 20 assists for the Canadiens.<\/p>\n

Cam Talbot<\/a> is the expected starter for the Red Wings, but always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Detroit is 6-3-1 in the last 10 games, but has cooled off with three straight losses. Team captain \u00a0Dylan Larkin<\/a> has been one of the club’s best players as of late with seven goals and seven assists in the past 10 games.<\/p>\n

Detroit has played better under new coach Todd McLellan<\/a>. However, Montreal seems to be making a strong push.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Canadiens win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Philadelphia Flyers vs New York Rangers<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Flyers 1-0 Rangers<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong>\u00a07 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> MSG; NBC Sports Philadelphia; Sportsnet; ESPN+<\/p>\n

The second game of NHL predictions has the Philadelphia Flyers<\/a> visiting the New York Rangers<\/a>. Samuel Ersson<\/a> is the expected starter for the Flyers, who are 5-3-2 in the last 10. However, Philadelphia comes into this game have won three straight games. Matvei Michkov<\/a> has put together a strong rookie campaign with 14 goals and 20 assists for the Flyers.<\/p>\n

Igor Shesterkin<\/a> is the projected starter and is looking to keep his recent run going. The Russian netminder has back-to-back shutouts for the Rangers, who are 6-1-3 in the last 10 games. Artemi Panarin<\/a> has been averaging a point a game as of late with four goals and six assists over the past 10 games.<\/p>\n

Shesterkin probably doesn’t get a shutout, but the Rangers continue their climb back into post-season spot.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Rangers win 3-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Edmonton Oilers vs Vancouver Canucks<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Oilers 1-1 Canucks<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> SN West; SN Pacific; ESPN+<\/p>\n

The last game of NHL predictions may have some fireworks between the Canucks and Oilers. Saturday night’s game not only saw a Canucks victory, but suspensions for Connor McDavid<\/a> and Tyler Myers<\/a>. Thatcher Demko<\/a> is likely to get the call in goal for Vancouver, which is 3-5-2 in the previous 10 games. Quinn Hughes<\/a> led the Canucks with two goals in the last meeting between the two teams.<\/p>\n

Calvin Pickard<\/a> could be the man in the blue paint for the Oilers, who are 7-3 in the last 10 games. However, Edmonton has dropped the pair of games heading into this one. Defenceman \u00a0Evan Bouchard<\/a> has tallied eight goals and 27 assists for the Oilers.<\/p>\n

Edmonton is still a good team without McDavid and should win. However, expect some hostilities between the two teams.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Oilers win 4-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Prop Bets of the Night<\/h3>\n

We wrap up NHL predictions with some prop bets for tonight. Let’s focus on the featured game between the Canucks and Oilers. For Vancouver, take a flier on J.T. Miller<\/a> having a multi-point night at +400. On the Edmonton side, take Leon Draisaitl<\/a> to score at any point at +120. These odds are courtesy of FanDuel<\/a>.<\/p>\n
