This is the second of two consecutive games between the expansion siblings. Anaheim will be happy to be home after a terrible East Coast road trip. Florida will be looking to show the Ducks that it does not matter where they play and win two consecutive games against them.

Panthers Look to Extend Momentum and Stay Competitive in the Atlantic Division

The Panthers have finely on the right side of .500 in their last five games with a 5-4-1 record. He leads the team with four points (and goals) in their last five games. Spencer Knight is the likely starter for Florida after shutting the Ducks out just three days ago. It was his second shutout this season, and he has a 2.45 GAA and .905 save percentage.

Ducks Return Home Amid Offensive Struggles and Frustration

The Ducks offensive struggles continue. They were shut out three times on their recent road trip, including the final game in Florida. Many Ducks fans probably hoped some of the coaching staff would be left behind after the team continued to come up short of expectations. The Ducks are 3-5-2 in their last ten games, and their playoff hopes may be gone after the terrible road trip. Their top scorer in the previous five games was rookie Cutter Gautheir, who scored two points. Frustration must be built for a team that cannot do the essential thing to win games – put the puck in the net. John Gibson got the last start in Florida, so expect Lukas Dostal tonight. Dostal has a 2.88 GAA and a .910 SV% on the season.

Prediction

The Florida Panthers confidently roll into Anaheim, fresh off a dominant 3-0 shutout against the Ducks just three days ago. Meanwhile, the Ducks return home licking their wounds after a challenging East Coast road trip where goals were nearly impossible to come by. With frustration mounting, Anaheim must dig deep to overcome their scoring woes. This one could be tight, but Florida’s recent form gives them the edge to pull out another win.

Prediction: Panthers win 3 – 1

Prop Bets of the Night

We close out our NHL Predictions for the Florida Panthers vs Anaheim Ducks with some of our preferred prop bets of the night. Keep an eye on under 5.5 (+110), Panthers -1.5 (+100), and Matthew Tkachuk anytime goal (+180).

Note: Always check the latest team news and player statuses before placing any bets, as injuries and other factors can influence game outcomes.

Main Photo by Sam Navarro

Please play responsibly.
