NHL Predictions<\/h2>\n

Seattle Kraken vs Detroit Red Wings<\/h3>\n

Time:<\/strong> 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> Fan Duel Sports Detroit; KHN; KONG; Sportsnet; NHL Network<\/p>\n

We open NHL predictions with the Seattle Kraken<\/a> taking on the Detroit Red Wings<\/a> in the NHL’s version of Squid Game. The Kraken are expected to go with Philipp Grubauer<\/a> in between the pipes after Joey Daccord<\/a> started in a 6-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres<\/a>. New acquisition Kaapo Kakko<\/a> notched a pair of goals in short order to power Seattle to victory.<\/p>\n

Detroit is likely to go with Cam Talbot<\/a> in between the pipes for this one. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The hiring of Todd McLellan<\/a> has been just what the Red Wings have needed. Detroit has reeled off six consecutive wins and put itself back into the Stanley Cup Playoff race.<\/p>\n

Seattle is coming off a win, but Detroit has found itself with a new bench boss.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Red Wings win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dallas Stars vs Ottawa Senators<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Stars 1-0 Senators<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> TSN5; Victory; ESPN+<\/p>\n

Our featured game of NHL predictions has the Stars visiting the Senators. Dallas has won seven consecutive games and is 8-1-1 in the last 10 games. Casey DeSmith<\/a> is the projected starter with Jake Oettinger<\/a> playing the night before. Jason Robertson<\/a> has collected 10 goals and 24 assists so far this season the Stars.<\/p>\n

Ottawa is coming off a shutout win over the Pittsburgh Penguins<\/a> on Saturday night. Anton Forsberg<\/a> will likely get the call with the Senators playing the night before. Ottawa is 4-5-1 in the last 10, but did win the last time out. Newly-extended forward has four goals and an assist in the last 10 games.<\/p>\n

Both teams will be going with their backup netminders, but Dallas should keep it going.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Stars win 3-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Minnesota Wild vs Vegas Golden Knights<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Wild 0-1 Golden Knights<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> Sportsnet; Fan Duel Sports North; Fan Duel Sports Wisconsin; Scripps Vegas; ESPN+<\/p>\n

The last game of NHL predictions<\/a>\u00a0has the Vegas Golden Knights<\/a> hosting the Minnesota Wild<\/a>. Filip Gustavsson<\/a> is the projected starter in the blue paint for the Wild, who are 7-3 in the last 10 games. Kirill Kaprizov<\/a> leads in goals (23), assists (27) points (50) for Minnesota.<\/p>\n

Vegas is slated to go with Adin Hill<\/a> in between the pipes after losing 2-1 to the New York Rangers<\/a> on Saturday night. The Golden Knights are 7-3 in the last 10 games, but have dropped the last 10 games. Jack Eichel<\/a> leads the Golden Knights in assists (43) and points (54) so far this season.<\/p>\n

Vegas is in the second of a back-to-back, but should hold serve at home.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Golden Knights win 3-2.<\/em><\/p>\n
