NHL Predictions<\/h2>\n

Boston Bruins vs Florida Panthers<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Bruins 0-2 Panthers<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> Sportsnet; ABC<\/p>\n

We open NHL predictions with the Boston Bruins<\/a> taking on the defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers<\/a>. Boston is expected to go with Jeremy Swayman<\/a> in between the pipes. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Bruins are struggling mightily with six straight losses and are 3-6-1 in the last 10 games. David Pastrnak is first in goals (17), assists (25) and points (42) for Boston.<\/p>\n

Sergei Bobrovsky<\/a> is the confirmed starter for Florida, which is 6-4 in the last 10 games. The Panthers have posted 10 goals in two games so far against the Bruins. Aleksander Barkov<\/a> is first in assists with 25. However, Sam Reinhart<\/a> is tops in goals (23) and points (47) so far for Florida.<\/p>\n

Boston can’t seem to get out of its own way and Florida seemingly has its number.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Panthers win 5-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Edmonton Oilers vs Chicago Blackhawks<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Oilers 0-1 Blackhawks<\/h4>\n

Time:<\/strong> 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> SN West; Chicago Sports Network; ESPN+<\/p>\n

The second game of NHL predictions has the Edmonton Oilers<\/a> visiting the Chicago Blackhawks<\/a>. Calvin Pickard<\/a> is the likely starter for Edmonton, which is 7-2-1 in the last 10 games. However, the Oilers are coming off a loss the last time out. Leon Draisaitl<\/a> has 31 goals and 61 points to lead the team in both categories.<\/p>\n

Arvid Soderblom is the projected starter for the Blackhawks, who played the night before against the Detroit Red Wings<\/a>. Chicago did get a 5-2 victory over Edmonton in the first meeting between the clubs. Connor Bedard<\/a> is leading the team in both assists (27) and points (38).<\/p>\n

Edmonton is looking to bounce back and should do so against Chicago.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Oilers win 4-2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Vancouver Canucks vs Toronto Maple Leafs<\/h3>\n

Time:<\/strong> 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)<\/p>\n

TV:<\/strong> Sportnset; CBC; ESPN+<\/p>\n

Our featured game<\/a> of NHL predictions has the Canucks trying to snap a four-game losing streak. Kevin Lankinen<\/a> is the expected starter for Vancouver, which is 2-4-4 in the last 10 games coming into this one. Things seem to be bad for the Canucks and matching up against the Maple Leafs won’t be easy. Quinn Hughes<\/a> has been a bright spot with eight goals and 37 assists for the Canucks.<\/p>\n

Joseph Woll<\/a> is expected to get the call in goal for Toronto, which is 6-4 in the last 10 games. However, the Leafs are coming off a loss in their last game. Former team captain John Tavares<\/a> has been hot as of late with five goals and six assists over the last 10 games.<\/p>\n

This is a chance for the Canucks to bounce back, but they’ve looked disjointed as of late. Teams like the Leafs will punish clubs for mistakes.<\/p>\n

Prediction: Maple Leafs win 4-3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Prop Bets of the Night<\/h3>\n

We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets. Let’s go to the featured game for tonight’s selections. On the Canucks side, go with Elias Pettersson<\/a> to score at any point at +300. For the Leafs, take Mitch Marner<\/a> to have a multi-point night at +148. Both of these odds are courtesy of FanDuel.<\/p>\n
