Calgary is coming off of two straight wins and are expected to go with Jacob Markstrom<\/a> in goal. However, always check social media<\/a> before locking in a fantasy starter. Blake Coleman<\/a> leads the club in goals with 22 while Nazem Kadri<\/a> has 30 assists.<\/p>\n Edmonton is coming off a 4-2 loss to the Minnesota Wild<\/a> last night. Stuart Skinner<\/a> is expected to get the call in goal for the Oilers, who have lost three of the last five. Zach Hyman<\/a> is the team’s leader in goals with 35 while Connor McDavid<\/a> has 66 assists. The Oilers captain has been red hot as of late.<\/p>\n Calgary is still trying to stay alive in the race for a Stanley Cup Playoff spot. However, Edmonton is seething after last night’s loss. It’ll be a close one, but the Oilers scratch out a victory.<\/p>\n Prediction: Oilers win 4-3.<\/em><\/p>\n TV:<\/strong> Bally Sports South; NBC Sports California; ESPN+<\/p>\n Our second game of NHL predictions has the Nashville Predators<\/a> looking to stay in the mix for a wild card spot. Nashville has won three in a row and is level on points for the final wild card spot with the St Louis Blues.<\/a> It seem that Andrew Brunette<\/a> canceling the team’s trip to the U2 concert in Las Vegas has done the trick. Juuse Saros<\/a> is scheduled to start in goal for the Predators. Filip Forsberg<\/a> heads up the goal category with 26 while Roman Josi<\/a> has 41 assists.<\/p>\n The San Jose Sharks<\/a> will counter with confirmed starter Kaapo Kahkonen<\/a><\/span> in goal. San Jose has lost two in a row, but are 5-4-1 in the last 10 games. Fabian Zetterlund<\/a><\/span> is the team’s leader in goals with 15 with Tomas Hertl<\/a> out of the lineup. Possible trade candidate<\/a> Mikael Granlund<\/a> leads in assists with 25.<\/p>\n Nashville has come together after seeing its trip to the Sphere called off. Saros and the Predators get the win.<\/p>\n Prediction: Predators win 4-1.<\/em><\/p>\n TV:<\/strong> Bally Sports West; Bally Sports San Diego; Bally Sports San Diego; ESPN+<\/p>\n It’s a Southern California battle for our final game of NHL predictions. The Anaheim Ducks<\/a> take on the Los Angeles Kings<\/a> in the next round of the Free Face-off. John Gibson<\/a> is the expected starter for the Ducks, who have lost three of the last five. Anaheim has struggled on defence in the last two losses by giving up 16 in those defeats. Possible trade bait Frank Vatrano<\/a> leads the Ducks in goals with 26.<\/p>\n The resurgent David Rittich<\/a> is the projected starter for the Kings, who are 6-3-1 in the last 10. Interim coach Jim Hiller<\/a> seems to be pressing the right buttons despite a 4-1 loss to Nashville last time out. Pierre-Luc Dubois<\/a> has been maligned most of the season, but is playing better as of late. Trevor Moore<\/a> tops the team in goals with 21.<\/p>\n Anaheim’s defence has been leaking goals and Los Angeles will take advantage of that.<\/p>\n Prediction: Kings win 5-2.<\/em><\/p>\n We’ll go back to the Battle of Alberta for our prop of the evening.
