Seattle Kraken vs Carolina Hurricanes<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Kraken 1-0 Hurricanes<\/h4>\n

Our first game of the night has the Seattle Kraken<\/a> visiting the Carolina Hurricanes.<\/a> The Kraken got the win with a rare 7-4 offensive outburst in the first game of the season. Philipp Grubauer<\/a><\/span> is the projected starter, but always check social media<\/a> before locking in your fantasy goalie. Seattle may have gotten away with one in overtime win over the Detroit Red Wings<\/a> last time out. However, they’ll take the win and hope to build momentum from it. Jaden Schwartz<\/a> leads the club with four goals this season.<\/p>\n

Frederik Andersen<\/a> is current starter penciled for the Hurricanes, who are coming off a 3-0 shutout loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.<\/a> Carolina has lost three straight games and has struggled to stop pucks from going in the net. The Hurricanes are a capable team and can turn things around in a hurry. Seth Jarvis<\/a> leads the way in goals so far this season with four.

Colorado Avalanche vs Pittsburgh Penguins<\/h3>\n

Head-to-Head: Avalanche 0-0 Penguins<\/h4>\n

TV:<\/strong> Altitude; Sportsnet Pittsburgh<\/p>\n

One of the featured games in our NHL predictions has the Colorado Avalanche<\/a> looking to stay unbeaten against the Pittsburgh Penguins<\/a>. Alexandar Georgiev<\/a> is the likely starter in between the pipes for the Avs. Mikko Rantanen<\/a> has five goals so far this campaign with Colorado. The Avalanche survived a tough game with the New York Islanders<\/a> on Tuesday night.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tristan Jarry<\/a> is the likely starter for the Penguins, who have lost three straight games. Pittsburgh fell to the Dallas Stars<\/a> on Tuesday night. Bryan Rust<\/a> has five goals this season while Jake Guentzel<\/a><\/span> has six assists this campaign for the Pens.<\/p>\n

Colorado is unbeaten, but it’s not been easy. The Avs get the win and stay without a loss.<\/p>\n

New York Rangers vs Edmonton Oilers<\/h3>\n

Our featured game of the best bets of NHL predictions has the New York Rangers<\/a> continuing the Western swing at the Edmonton Oilers<\/a>. The Blueshirts have a two-game winning streak and will likely go with Igor Shesterkin<\/a> in goal. Chris Kreider<\/a> has five goals so far with Filip Chytil<\/a> handing out six assists.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Oilers will be without Connor McDavid<\/a> once again. However, Leon Draisaitl<\/a><\/span> has stepped up to lead in goals and points. Stuart Skinner<\/a><\/span> is the projected starter for Edmonton, which needs to tighten up its defensive game. The Oilers are 31st in goals allowed.<\/p>\n

We’ll keep with the Rangers and Oilers game for our preferred prop bet. Kreider has gotten most of his points with the man-advantage and that’s our prop for the night. The Massachusetts native getting 0.5-1.0 power-play point is worth a play.<\/p>\n
