Miller´s season has been hampered by the injury bug so far. He was limited to playing in just 36 games so far.

Kevan Miller has already missed more than a month because of a throat injury during the current campaign. In his 36 games skated, the 31-year-old defenceman collected six assists. Miller is signed through the 2019-2020 season with a salary cap hit of $2.5 million per year. The Bruins will certainly miss Miller, as they have to play with four left-handed defencemen now.

TORONTO, ON – NOVEMBER 26: Kevan Miller #86 of the Boston Bruins skates against the Toronto Maple Leafs during an NHL game at Scotiabank Arena on November 26, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
