Rumour: The Athletic\u2019s Aaron Portzline reports that Artemi Panarin<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s agent Dan Millstein wants another meeting before he informs the Blue Jackets of his willingness to re-sign. The parties met in Miami, but would like a second meeting.<\/em><\/p>\n
