Bertuzzi landed a punch from the bench on Calvert<\/p>\n<p>So far this season, he scored nine goals and seven assists for 16 points. He also added 28 minutes in penalties. His possession numbers were 44.1 % Corsi\u00a0and a relative Corsi of -4.7 %.<\/p>\n<p>Over his three-year NHL career, Bertuzzi\u00a0has played for the Detroit Red Wings. He has put up 16\u00a0goals and 24\u00a0assists for 40\u00a0career points in 82\u00a0career games. He was originally drafted in the second\u00a0round, 58th\u00a0overall of the 2013\u00a0NHL draft by the Detroit Red Wings.<\/p>\n<h1>What This Means for the Future<\/h1>\n<p>So far this season Bertuzzi in the top five for points and assists on the Red Wings. Bertuzzi is currently playing on the third line with Detroit but could move up to the top six if he continues to put up solid numbers. He is also a part of Detroit&#8217;s first unit on the man-advantage. Detroit is currently 19.7% on the man-advantage with is 15th in the NHL. Bertuzzi is coming off a year where he missed 25 games due to injuries but has already surpassed his goal total from last year in only 27 games this season.
