Last Word on Hockey is pleased to present our new hockey podcast, the 4th Line. Coming from Calgary, AB and Nanaimo, BC, Carl and Joel provide their own unique and fun view of hockey. Every week the guys share their thoughts on the news of the week, have a variety of guests from the world of hockey and spend some time in segments like Kangaroo Court, The Rant Shack, and The Hot Seat.<\/em><\/p>\n

Hockey Hall of Fame<\/h2>\n

The guys back as they share their thoughts on the players being inducted into the Hall of Fame, mostly Eric Lindros<\/a> and Pat Quinn<\/a>, and share their thoughts on who should be in The Hall but are missing, including Mark Recchi<\/a>, Jeremy Roenick<\/a>, Paul Kariya<\/a>, Mike Vernon<\/a> and Chris Osgood<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bettman Talk<\/h2>\n

They also get to have a mini Rant Shack on Gary Bettman’s CBA comments, the NHL playing in the Olympics and the Arizona Coyotes<\/strong> getting a new arena. They also get into a debate based on the Colorado Avalanche<\/strong> and if they are trust or bust.<\/p>\n

Lastly, they try to decide whether to veto a fantasy hockey trade, rule on the punishment for a bet and pick the Pavel Bure<\/a>‘s for Hi Sticking. Things even get a little political.<\/p>\n
