Countries are starting to pick their teams. 15 forwards, eight defencemen and three goaltenders were named to the Sweden Selection Camp Roster for the 2018 World Junior Hockey Championships today.\u00a0 The 26-man camp roster will eventually need to be whittled\u00a0down to a 23-man final roster, likely 13 forwards, seven defenceman and three goaltenders.<\/p>\n<p>Highlighting the selections on the blue line are potential first overall pick <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/2017\/11\/26\/2018-nhl-draft-november-rankings-reports\/\" target=\"_self\">Rasmus Dahlin<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/nhl-teams\/maple-leafs\/\" target=\"_self\">Toronto Maple Leafs<\/a>\u00a0prospect <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/2017\/04\/01\/timothy-liljegren-scouting-report-2017-nhl-draft-4\/\" target=\"_self\">Timothy Liljegren<\/a><\/strong>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/nhl-teams\/knights\/\" target=\"_self\">Vegas Golden Knights<\/a>\u00a0prospect <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/2017\/04\/29\/erik-brannstrom-scouting-report-2017-nhl-draft-30\/\" target=\"_self\"><strong>Erik Brannstrom<\/strong><\/a>. The team will likely have <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/2017\/08\/27\/tsp-pittsburgh-penguins-prospects\/\" target=\"_self\">Filip Gustavsson<\/a><\/strong>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/nhl-teams\/penguins\/\" target=\"_self\">Pittsburgh Penguins<\/a> prospect, in goal. Upfront the team will feature <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/nhl-teams\/canucks\/\" target=\"_self\">Vancouver Canucks<\/a> prospect <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/2017\/04\/05\/elias-pettersson-scouting-report-2017-nhl-draft-8\/\" target=\"_self\"><strong>Elias Pettersson<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/nhl-teams\/sabres\/\" target=\"_self\">Buffalo Sabres<\/a> prospect <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/2017\/05\/02\/marcus-davidsson-scouting-report-2017-nhl-draft-33\/\" target=\"_self\">Marcus Davidsson<\/a><\/strong>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/nhl-teams\/rangers\/\" target=\"_self\">New York Rangers<\/a>\u00a0draftee <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/hockey\/2017\/04\/13\/lias-andersson-scouting-report-2017-nhl-draft-15\/\" target=\"_self\">Lias Andersson<\/a><\/strong>.
