It’s time for another edition of NHL rumours for the middle of the work week. The Dallas Stars reached the last four in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. However, the Stars were eliminated by the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 6 of the Western Conference Final. The Stars have a good group, but lacked the dept to hang with the Golden Knights. Dallas will have to make some moves and are up against the salary cap. There are some players that may have played their last game with the club. Rumour: The Daily Faceoff’s Mike McKenna<\/a> took a look<\/a> at what the Stars may do in the off-season to remain a contender. McKenna said Dallas might have some tough decisions to make. The Stars would love to re-sign some players like Max Domi<\/a> and Evgeni Dadonov, who they got at the trade deadline.<\/a> However, cap space is limited and general manager Jim Nill<\/a> has some contracts weighing him down.<\/p>\n
