It’s time for another round of NHL rumours. There are plenty of rumours to go around as we head towards the March 3 deadline. Some teams are going to either go for a Stanley Cup Playoff spot. However, there are others that will have to reassess their future. The St. Louis Blues<\/a> are in a no-man’s land where they’re not good enough to contend. However, they’re not bad enough to go after Connor Bedard. This means we could see an Ivan Barbashev<\/a> trade as well as deals.<\/p>\n

Rumour: Chris Johnston on TSN’s Insider Trading took a look at the Russian forward being moved at the trade deadline. Johnston said that Barbashev may not be having the best year. The 27-year-old is way off the pace of his career-best 60 points from last season. However, he could be a good option for a contending team.<\/p>\n
