It’s been quite a morning across the NHL. While anticipation was building up for tonight’s Seattle Expansion Draft, there’s been a constant stream of information being revealed this morning about who the Kraken will be calling tonight as their picks. Anaheim: LD Haydn Fleury<\/a> (source: Pierre LeBrun<\/a>) The Kraken appear to be getting a solid start to building an immediate playoff team. Their trio in goal appears to be set, with former Florida Panthers<\/a> goalie Driedger the de facto starter ahead of Vanecek and Daccord. It’s a cost-effective and young lineup of netminders that should serve Seattle well out of the gate.<\/p>\n They might even be looking better on defence. A left side of Mark Giordano<\/a>, Jamie Oleksiak<\/a>, and Vince Dunn<\/a> is already one of the best in the league, and with a solid defensive presence in Adam Larsson<\/a> on the right, general manager Ron Francis<\/a> is in the process of forming one of the best defences in the Western Conference.<\/p>\n Main Photo:
