From the outlook of things, the competition is even much stiffer than the previous year. Swedish golfer Ludvig Aberg and Hideki Matsuyama might be eyeing the Farmer&#8217;s Insurance title with odds sitting at 10-1 and 12-1, respectively. Collin Morikawa pulled out, (guess he needs a break from golf for now), and <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/2017\/09\/24\/fedex-cup-2017\/\" target=\"_self\">Xander Schauffele<\/a>, who is well, world No. 2 players unfortunately has medical issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Let us not forget Harry Hall, who has chosen to keep his reason for withdrawal a mystery, (but it is no secret that golf can be emotionally exhausting).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While we are on it, Nicolai H\u00f8jgaard, fresh off a not-so-stellar T65 finish at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic, announced his withdrawal too. Akshay Bhatiis pulled out to focus on himself, as well as his health- (mental health because the doctor might have ordered so). The list continues with Mackenzie Hughes withdrawing after a rough start to the season, while Tyler McCumber left without clear explanations (maybe he just needed a nap?).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lastly, there is Chesson Hadley, of course. He better have a good excuse, because if not so, he is down to just one more chance under his Minor Medical Extension.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ready to step in and make the tournament continue and all your bets worth placing, there are replacements for the withdrawn players including Wesley Bryan, Pierceson Coody, Hayden Springer, S.H.
