On the heels of two excellent performances from Jack Wilshere and Alexis Sanchez, <a href=\"https:\/\/arsenalfootball.co\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the Gunners<\/a> pulled level on points with <a href=\"https:\/\/tottenhamfootball.co\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tottenham<\/a>. The club sits just a point off of Liverpool for the coveted final Champions League spot.<\/p>\n<h1>Excellent Jack<\/h1>\n<p>In his post-match conference, <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2017\/05\/30\/arsene-wenger-turnkey-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arsene Wenger<\/a> was his usual coy self when discussing off-the-pitch dealings. But when it came to heaping praise he was more than willing to share.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about the shift put in from <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2017\/08\/06\/transfer-news-alexis-sanchez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alexis Sanchez<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/lwosonfootball.ms.lastwordonsports.com\/2017\/12\/26\/jack-wilshere-signing-new-deal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jack Wilshere<\/a>\u2014easily the two best performances, with an honourable mention to Mesut Ozil\u2014he addressed the resurgent Wilshere first:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The best way to show they are committed is to deliver that kind of performance. For Jack I think we spoke of our team recently. He is coming back in a good competitive shape. I feel the he gives something to the team at the moment which is interesting.
