The points were shared in midweek, and it was ultimately another evening of disappointment. The Foxes weren’t good enough in the first half, and even though a revitalised second half came, it wasn’t enough. Gary Rowett reflected<\/a> on the game during Thursday’s press conference. Jordan James has been the major injury concern as of late. He came off to a warm reception after the hour mark, whilst his replacement, Harry Winks, received quite the opposite. \u201cHe limped off, and to be fair to JJ, he put himself out there. I don\u2019t think he\u2019s been close to fully fit in the games he\u2019s been back for,\u201d Rowett explained<\/a>. It may be the last time he plays in a City shirt at King Power Stadium, with him not likely to start on Friday. Rowett said: \u201cHe\u2019ll make himself available, we\u2019ll decide what that looks like for the game, but I think it\u2019s unlikely at this point that he starts.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Millwall Team News<\/h3>\n

On the contrary, Millwall are enjoying a rich vein of form.\u00a0 They are unbeaten in their past seven away league games <\/span>and ran out victors in Stoke last time out. It’s back-to-back trips to the Midlands for the Lions; they will be hoping for a similar result this time out. When reflecting on the game, manager Alex Neil was ( as you would expect) very positive. He said<\/a>: \u201c<\/span>I thought it was a great performance. This was before adding, \u201cI thought we saw the game out quite comfortably and there was only one team who deserved to win.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In terms of absences<\/a>, Lukas Jensen, Dan Kelly and Massimo Luongo have all been out for sustained periods. Meanwhile, t<\/span>he fitness of Billy Mitchell and Alfie Doughty was assessed ahead of the trip to Stoke, though neither made the bench. Outside of this, there are no fresh injury concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
