Chelsea have undoubtedly had some great success in the transfer market with players such as Cole Palmer and Moises Caicedo excelling since moving to Stamford Bridge. There have also been some questionable signings, with some leaving quickly or failing to justify their hefty transfer fees.<\/p>\n

Should Fallows move to Chelsea, it is expected that he will work alongside current sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, and co-directors of recruitment and talent Joe Shields and Sam Jewell.<\/p>\n

Fallows would be expected to be heavily involved in scouting, player pathways, and football development.<\/p>\n

He enjoyed 12 successful years at Anfield, leaving in October 2024, and spoke highly of his experience at the time:<\/p>\n

He would bring a wealth of experience to Chelsea and a proven ability to identify players that can transform teams.<\/p>\n
