With this in mind, Liverpool attacking midfielder Harvey Elliott has emerged as the top target for Leipzig to replace the seemingly Chelsea-bound Simons. Plettenberg also reports that the Dutchman is expected to move to West London after the Bundesliga opener against FC Bayern Munich on August 22. Personal terms have already been agreed with Elliott, while Liverpool are prepared to sell if they receive a suitable offer.<\/p>\n
