Telasco Segovia from Venezuela was the other goal scorer in the win over Porto, as Inter Miami made it 4 points the hard way (they narrowly drew with Al Ahly by stopping a penalty on matchday 1).<\/p>\n<p>Palmeiras put together a relatively routine win in a weather delayed match over Al Ahly 2-0, after a scoreless draw with Porto on matchday 1. Circumstances being what they are, a draw would see both teams advance to the knockout phase (Palmeiras as the group winner), but this could still turn into a competitive and feisty clash. I don&#8217;t believe either side will want to give Porto or Al Ahly any hope during this match and will play it close to the vest. They did convert a penalty to get on the scoreboard this Club World Cup, but they have been dire going forward for two matches now, and they aren&#8217;t facing elite defenses. Al Ahly is still yet to score this Club World Cup, you could say the Egyptian giants are well organized defensively but they lack a finishing touch. Porto needs a swing in goal differential, even if they win, they should score, but it&#8217;s not going to be enough. They nearly got a point against Botafogo (lost 2-1),\u00a0 but they came up short in Atletico Madrid&#8217;s revenge match, as the Spanish side won 3-1 with 2 goals from Pablo Barrios and weren&#8217;t in a lot of danger after scoring in the 11th minute. PSG couldn&#8217;t find the back of the net and suffered a shock defeat to Botafogo, it was an ugly loss, but it shouldn&#8217;t deter their bid at a Club World Cup. A win would see PSG through on goal differential, they are more likely to respond well then crash out. I do think they will get a result here, as Botafogo should be hungover, but I have Botafogo and PSG through to the knockout phase in Group B.
