The Cameroonian forward was able to score 20 goals in the 2024/25 Premier League campaign, as well as bagging eight assists. In fact, only three players in Mohamed Salah, Alexander Isak and Erling Haaland outscored the 25-year-old in the previous term. He scored more goals than United forwards Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee managed together (7) in the league last season.

Read More: ‘Available for £40 Million’: Manchester United ‘Star’ Will ‘Assess All Options’ With Potential Departure

Mbeumo has also proven himself as a versatile player. He’s naturally a right-winger, but also proved his quality to play as a second striker or centre-forward. He scored four goals in six matches as a centre-forward in the previous campaign.
