England did have a couple of big chances, but did not look stable in defence. Colwill spared Pickford’s blushes after the goalkeeper gave the ball away; the Chelsea defender completed an impressive goal-line clearance.<\/p>\n

Despite starting the match with no striker. Carsley’s side ended it with two. Dominic Solanke and Ollie Watkins were both substituted on, but failed to make a real impact, despite the former technically claiming an assist. Fans will hope to see a singular centre-forward start the next fixture.<\/p>\n
