The forward, who was hailed as “fantastic”<\/a> by Cesc Fabregas earlier this year,\u00a0 has been rewarded for his impressive form for the Lilywhites and after scoring in their 3-0 win over Manchester United recently.<\/p>\n

Carsley has also opted to select a good number of young players to add more variety to his squad. Chelsea defender Levi Colwill returns to the squad.
