David Ornstein<\/span><\/a> reports that Chelsea have submitted a bid to sign Dewsbury-Hall this Summer. The 25-year-old <\/span>is seen<\/span> as a<\/span> “<\/span>perfect fit<\/span>” <\/span><\/a>for the <\/span>club’s<\/span> preferred style of play, and i<\/span>t <\/span>is believed<\/span> that the player is<\/span> “<\/span>keen to join<\/span>” <\/span>the Blues as well. These will be key factors in the conclusion of this transfer saga, as the player was initially intended to join Brighton<\/a>, in a player plus cash exchange which would have seen Jakub Moder and \u00a325 million travel the other way. The arrangement collapsed after Todd Boehly’s club<\/a> joined the race, and the Blues now look to be in the driving seat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dewsbury-Hall enjoyed a strong season with Leicester last year, making 49 appearances and recording <\/span>an impressive<\/span> 12 goals and 15 assists across all competitions. His standout performances earned him the <\/span>Leicester City <\/span>Men’s<\/span> Player of the Season<\/span><\/a> award and a place in the <\/span>EFL Championship Team of the Season<\/span><\/a>.
