Manchester United have mostly been seen in a 4-2-3-1 formation this season, with Andr\u00e9 Onana in goal. Christian Eriksen had appeared in midfield, but the Amrabat-Mainoo partnership has been the more constant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Erik ten Hag has endured a terrible season in the Old Trafford hot seat, with many players struggling with form and\u00a0<\/span>a plethora of<\/span>\u00a0injuries limiting the Dutchman’s choices. The\u00a0<\/span>decline<\/span><\/a>\u00a0of the ageing Casemiro has seen gaps appearing in midfield, which many opposition players have exploited this season.
