The Dutchman\u2019s loan deal at Signal Iduna Park expires at the end of the term but it seems the Bundesliga giants are willing to keep him beyond his current contract.<\/p>\n<h3>Latest Update From Fabrizio Romano<\/h3>\n<p>Since leaving Chelsea in January, Maatsen has developed into a regular starter at Dortmund, making 18 appearances for the Black and Yellows across all competitions.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/FabrizioRomano\/status\/1785271042589491333\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fabrizio Romano<\/a>, the Dutchman has a similar situation to Jadon Sancho. Both players have enjoyed impressive form since arriving at Dortmund on mid-season loans, and the club\u2019s hierarchy is willing to keep both of them.
