Chelsea have appointed Brighton and Hove Albion\u2019s head of recruitment Sam Jewell to a senior position as they poach yet another of the Seagulls\u2019 prized assets.<\/p>\n
Jewell becomes the eleventh member of Brighton\u2019s staff to join Chelsea since Todd Boehly\u2019s takeover in May 2022. This includes Paul Winstanley,<\/a> whom the 34-year-old took over from as Brighton\u2019s head of recruitment.<\/p>\n The Englishman will take on a global role at the club monitoring both Chelsea and their affiliate clubs.
