Norwich City have completed the signing of German midfielder Tom Trybull on a free transfer following at successful trial. Trybull has signed a one-year deal with the Championship club.<\/p>\n
Who Is Tom Trybull?<\/strong><\/p>\n Trybull has had spells in numerous European countries and played for sides including Werder Bremen and FC Den Haag. A Werder Breman prodigy, Trybull was tipped to become another product of the German talent production line.<\/p>\n Trybull had a quota of moves since his breakthrough in the Bundesliga, including moves to Bundesliga 2 with SpVgg Greuther F\u00fcrth and St Pauli culminating in a season with FC Den Haag in the top tier of Dutch football. Trybull made 23 appearances for the Dutch side, scoring once.<\/p>\n Trybull joins The Canaries in what has been a busy summer. Stuart Webber has proceeded to claim Norwich will sign 2-3 more players.<\/a> It remains to be seen whether that includes Trybull.<\/p>\n On his signing, Trybull told the club\u2019s official site \u201cThe first impression was very good and it was very easy for me to come here\u201d Trybull said\u00a0 “It\u2019s very busy at the moment but everything is good and I\u2019m happy to be here. This is a big chance for me because Norwich is a big club.\u201d<\/p>\n Norwich boss Daniel Farke said of his newest recruit \u201c”He was very highly-rated at Werder Bremen and played 20 times in the German Bundesliga in a really good team. He\u2019s a technical guy who will be able to connect our defence and midfield. Before adding “As a player he fits perfectly for our style and we\u2019re happy to have him.”<\/p>\n The technically savvy midfielder joins an influx of German recruits in Norfolk following the arrival of Daniel Farke, who has overseen a high turnover of players this window.<\/p>\n Whilst it is expected that Trybull will be a primarily alternative option to loanee Harrison Reed, if he can impress then it is expected he will sign a more long term contract and remain in Norfolk.<\/p>\n Norwich kick off their league campaign tomorrow as they travel to Craven Cottage to play Fulham, seeking to end a 31-year hoodoo in South London.<\/p>\n Main image credit:
