Former Manchester United<\/a> goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard has retired from football<\/a> at the age of 38.<\/p>\n

Lindegaard was signed by Sir Alex Ferguson<\/a> in the middle of the 2010\/11 season and went on to make 29 appearances for the Red Devils before leaving in 2015.<\/p>\n

Lindegaard signed for West Bromwich Albion that year and later played for Preston North End and Burnley. He ended his playing career today following over three years in Sweden with Helsingborg.<\/p>\n
