Chelsea<\/a> have submitted a \u00a360 million bid for Leicester City<\/a> defender Wesley Fofana, according to Fabrizio Romano<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Leicester have rejected the West-London club\u2019s approach and reiterated that the “unbelievable”<\/a> France U21 international is not for sale. Despite this, Chelsea are reportedly preparing a second bid and Fofana is understood to be in favour of the move to Stamford Bridge. Leicester have, though, conceded that an offer in the region of \u00a380 million would be accepted<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
