The next step, of course, is to finalize an agreement with PSG. Paredes has been a part of PSG since 2018, racking up plenty of appearances in Ligue 1 and the Champions League. If Juventus are looking for experience, then Paredes fits the bill. The 28-year-old also has 44 Argentina National Team appearances to his name. The midfield is also important after the loss of Paul Pogba to injury.

ℹ️ @DiMarzio

(🚨) Leandro Paredes has reached an verbal agreement with Juventus. 🇦🇷 pic.twitter.com/q8cBJ9Vvcl

— BD Albiceleste 🇧🇩💙🇦🇷 (@bd_albiceleste) August 3, 2022

Kostic, like Paredes, is also experienced at 29 years old. The winger is a true attacking threat and can be viewed as a replacement for Paulo Dybala who departed for AS Roma. Kostic scored four goals and provided nine assists in 31 Bundesliga appearances last season. That was a step down from the year prior, where he also scored four goals but provided 17 assists in one less appearance.

Morata, of course, had been a part of Juventus since 2020. He was on loan, however, which has expired. Before arriving in 2020, Morata had a past stint at the club between 2014 and 2016. The Spaniard knows the club well so Juventus see him as another striking option they want behind Dusan Vlahovic. The 29-year-old scored nine goals and provided seven assists in 35 league appearances last season.

Juventus are targeting older and more experienced players. They’ve struggled, compared to their usual standards, in Italy the past two seasons and are looking to improve. With that being said, they also have younger players in mind.

Italian giants Juventus are after three transfer targets in the midfield, the wing, and at striker.
