United are also planning to continue talks with the youngster\u2019s agents in the coming days, with hopes of securing a deal before the end of the transfer window.<\/p>\n

Reputable transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano issued an update<\/a> on the situation on his podcast, saying: \u201cThis week will be important for Benjamin Sesko. Manchester United are really keen on signing him.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere were direct contacts with his agents last week and the week before. New direct contacts by United are planned this week.\u201d<\/p>\n

He confirmed that Sesko is now garnering attention from other teams, adding: \u201cOther clubs are also jumping into the Sesko Saga. This is why this week will be important.\u201d<\/p>\n

Romano also reported that Salzburg are reluctant to let their player go this summer and would have preferred to sanction a move in 2023<\/a>, meaning United will have to push and meet their demands if they want to complete a deal this summer.<\/p>\n
