Santi Aouna has reported<\/a> that Manchester United<\/a>, Paris Saint-Germain<\/a> and Bayern Munich<\/a> are all interested in French defender, Nordi Mukiele. The current RB Leipzig fullback\u2019s contract runs out in 2023, so could be available for a knockdown price.<\/p>\r\n

What He Can Bring<\/h3>\r\n

Nordi Mukiele has made 37 appearances for RB Leipzig this season, scoring twice and providing five assists. He also made his international debut for France in September in a 2-0 victory against Finland. The 6\u20192\u201d Frenchman is physically powerful and tireless and has played at right-back, right wing-back and centre back for his club. He is only 24-years-old and has already played 242 career games.<\/p>\r\n

Ralf Rangnick Key to Mukiele Becoming a Red<\/h3>\r\n

Mukiele moved to RB Leipzig in the summer of 2018, in a deal that was coordinated by current Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick. Rangnick is said to be a fan of the player. With United\u2019s current defensive frailties, highlighted by Saturday\u2019s 4-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion, they will be bringing new defenders<\/a> this summer.<\/p>\r\n

Nordi Mukiele\u2019s versatility should suit how incoming manager Erik ten Hag<\/a> and Manchester United want to play next year, as Mukiele is able to bomb forward or sit as one of the three holding in ten Hag\u2019s system. Neither Diogo Dalot nor Aaron Wan-Bissaka<\/a> have nailed down the right-back spot this season, with both being linked with a move away from Old Trafford. With the Frenchman\u2019s contract set to run out and Rangnick\u2019s connections to Leipzig, Manchester United could get Mukiele on a relatively cheap deal<\/a>. With many incomings and outgoings<\/a> expected this summer, cheap deals will be key.<\/p>\r\n

Bayern and PSG Also Impressed by the French Defender\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n

Bayern, who have already been linked with a right back in Mazaouri<\/a>, have appreciated the Frenchman\u2019s qualities and an in-league transfer to Bayern would not surprise anyone. PSG and Leonardo have also expressed interest, although Mukiele would have tough competition for the right-back spot with Achraf Hakimi, who the Parisians signed last summer.<\/p>\r\n
