The main squad were not at training on Monday following the 4-1 loss but non-playing players were, apart from Ronaldo. He did arrive for Tuesday\u2019s session but it was decided by the medical team that he should train away from the main group as they try to ensure his fitness for a crucial top-four tie against <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/football\/2022\/03\/07\/antonio-conte-wants-change-to-the-inconsistency-of-tottenham-hotspur\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Tottenham Hotspur<\/a> on Saturday, March 12.<\/p>\n<h3>Ongoing Issue<\/h3>\n<p>The hip problem is said to have been causing Ronaldo a problem for some time and he missed both games against <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/football\/2022\/01\/29\/tottenham-hotspur-pole-position-midfielder\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Aston Villa<\/a> in January with the issue.
