Elsewhere, two of the club&#8217;s youngsters have been sent out on loan, James Henry was shortlisted for Player of the Month and Cameron Brannagan has spoken about his transfer links with Blackpool.<\/p>\n<h2>Oxford United Weekly Round-Up: Wycombe Stalemate in League One Clash<\/h2>\n<h3>U&#8217;s Youngsters Head Out on Loan<\/h3>\n<p>Oxford youngsters Tyler Goodrham and Michael Elechi have joined Hayes and Yeading United and Chippenham Town on a one-month loan.<\/p>\n<p>Goodrham, who made his full debut last week in a Football League Trophy match against Cambridge United, has managed just two senior appearances for the club since coming on as a substitute against Crawley Town in the same competition in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>As for Elechi, the left-back has managed three senior appearances for the U&#8217;s, also in the Football League Trophy.<\/p>\n<h3>Henry Nominated for Player of the Month<\/h3>\n<p>On Wednesday, U&#8217;s midfielder James Henry was shortlisted for the League One Player of the Month. The 32-year-old scored four times from four league games, including a hat-trick against Lincoln City.<\/p>\n<p>However, the award went to Morecambe striker, Cole Stockton. The forward also netted four times on top of a further two for the Shrimps in the Carabao Cup.<\/p>\n<h3>Brannagan on Blackpool<\/h3>\n<p>During the summer transfer window, Oxford United rejected an offer for midfielder Cameron Brannagan. Now, the 25-year-old has spoken publicly about the links and hopes to secure promotion with the U&#8217;s at the third attempt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordmail.co.uk\/sport\/19571135.cameron-brannagan-staying-oxford-united-blackpool-bid\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Speaking to the Oxford Mail, he said<\/a>: \u201cI had a conversation with the manager and obviously that stays between us.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wanted to stay and be successful with this team, we\u2019ve been so close and it\u2019s been frustrating.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHopefully we can go one further and get over that line.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been so close and it burns inside me because you want to get to that next level so bad. I know everybody else does.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve started better this season and hopefully we can keep winning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cI have a good connection with the fans and they know how much I love playing here.
