With only five free transfers allowed for the semi-finals, one has to be careful about who to bring in for this round with the three transfers available. As we have seen already, many teams have gone out despite being overwhelming favourites. Fantasy managers can either hedge their bets or gamble on one or two particular teams. Right now, England seem quite likely to reach the final. However, things could change at any moment. Those without a wildcard chip available might consider taking one or two hits at most. One should not take hits if 11 players can be fielded with the three free transfers available.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spain managed to overcome a dramatic Croatian fightback to win in extra time. Luis Enrique’s men have now scored ten goals in the last two matches. However, their defence looked very shaky. The Swiss caused a huge upset to knock out World Champions France. Haris Seferovi\u0107 scored from two headers in that game. For Switzerland to cause another upset, they will hope for him, Shaqiri or Embolo to score the goals. They will miss their influential captain Granit Xhaka due to suspension. Pablo Sarabia, Ferran Torres, Aymeric Laporte, and Alvaro Morata are probably the best picks from this game. One could bet on the Spanish winning this one. In addition, we will get the confirmed lineups before the deadline. However, they will have a tough Semi-final to negotiate.<\/span><\/p>\n

The evening game on day one between Italy and\u00a0<\/span>Belgium<\/span><\/a>\u00a0is definitely the match of the round. This is likely to be a very close game. The highly impressive Danes take on the Czech Republic in Baku on the first match of day two. Denmark will go in as huge favorites to win this game although one cannot take the Czech for granted. They should provide stiff resistance to Denmark. However, one could bet on the likes of Joakim M\u00e6hle, Martin Braithwaite, and Mikkel Damsgaard. Kasper Dolberg scored twice against Wales but will he keep his spot if Yussuf Poulsen is fit? One could also consider Patrik Schick who has scored the most points in Euro 2020 Fantasy Football so far.<\/span><\/p>\n

England will go in as overwhelming favourites against Ukraine in Rome. The three lions are full of confidence after eliminating Germany. In addition, they are yet to concede a single goal so far in this tournament. Jordan Pickford, John Stones, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, and Kyle Walker all seem like good picks. On the other hand, Raheem Sterling has scored three goals already and looks in good form. Harry Kane cannot be ignored as well after scoring in the last game. With Denmark or the Czech Republic to face in the semis, one can see England reach the final. However, Ukraine do have some dangerous players in Yarmolenko, Zinchenko, and Yaremchuk. Regardless, it would be a huge shock if Gareth Southgate’s men don’t make it past them.
