Real Madrid <\/a>are reportedly keen to sell Serbian striker Luka Jovic, who does not appear to feature in the plans of new manager Carlo Ancelotti.<\/p>\n

Madrid-based news outlet AS<\/a> are reporting that Jovic’s former club Eintracht Frankfurt would be interested in re-signing the forward if their Portuguese striker Andr\u00e9 Silva were to leave the club this summer amid interest from Premier League<\/a> sides Manchester United <\/a>and Chelsea<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Real Madrid Keen to Offload Luka Jovic<\/h2>\n

Striker Has Previously Made Impressive Impact for Eintracht Frankfurt<\/h3>\n

Former Everton<\/a> boss Carlo Ancelotti has opened the door to returning forward Gareth Bale, with the Welsh international set to return to Madrid after a season-long loan at Tottenham Hotspur.<\/a><\/p>\n

Additionally, experienced Frenchman Karim Benzema is playing arguably the best football of his career in the Spanish capital, meaning opportunities would likely come at a premium for 23-year-old Jovic if he were to stay on the books at the La Liga giants.<\/p>\n

However, one club who would certainly welcome the Serbia striker’s services is Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt, a club for whom Jovic boasts a stellar goalscoring record.<\/p>\n

Over the course of his previous spells with the German club – Jovic has made two loan moves and one permanent transfer to Frankfurt previously in his career – the striker has scored 40 goals and registered 11 assists in 90 appearances across all competitions.<\/p>\n

Jovic Future Could Depend on Andr\u00e9 Silva<\/h3>\n

Reported by AS, a transfer back to Frankfurt for Jovic would likely prove impossible unless the club were to offload Andr\u00e9 Silva, who is currently on international duty with Portugal at Euro 2020.<\/p>\n

Silva has been linked with both Manchester United and Chelsea already this summer, and any transfer would green light a return to the Bundesliga for Jovic, who is under contract at Real Madrid until June 2025.<\/p>\n

25-year-old Silva excelled in the Bundesliga last season, scoring 28 goals and providing a further eight assists in 32 matches.<\/p>\n
