Italian Marco Rossi is the head coach of the Hungarian national team. Rossi played for many years, mainly in Italy and Germany, as a professional footballer. He retired in 2000 and has been plying his trade as a coach since 2004.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rossi has managed clubs in Italy, Hungary, and Slovakia. He started his current role as coach of Hungary in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who Has Been Selected in the Hungary Squad For Euro 2020?<\/b><\/h3>\n

Hungary\u2019s top scorer in qualifying was RB Leipzig defender Willi Orban who got three goals. This points to a potential issue for Marco Rossi\u2019s team. Where will the goals come from?<\/span><\/p>\n

Hungary in Strong Position Heading Into Euros<\/b><\/h3>\n

Marco Rossi\u2019s team are second in the early stages of their World Cup qualifying group, just two points behind England after winning two and drawing one of their opening three fixtures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Going into their friendly with Ireland on Tuesday evening, Hungary are unbeaten in their last ten matches, winning seven of those.<\/span><\/p>\n

Group Stage Fixtures<\/b><\/h3>\n

Hungary are in Group F<\/a> of the European Championship alongside France<\/a>, Germany, and Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marco Rossi\u2019s side probably got the hardest possible draw getting landed with three of the top six favourites. Currently ranked 37th in the world, Hungary are not expected to make it out of Group F. How they would love to spring a surprise or two.<\/span><\/p>\n
