Teams that have nothing to play for might still make things competitive but it is better to target those that are fighting for something. The top-four race is still fascinating and some interest remains in the relegation fight. Also, keep in mind the heavy rotation that is likely from teams that are involved in the European competitions.<\/p>\n
Everton’s<\/a> terrible home record will encourage Emiliano Mart\u00ednez<\/a>‘s FPL owners. The Argentine has failed to keep a clean sheet in the last six matches though.<\/p>\n Edouard Mendy<\/a> has a great chance to keep a clean sheet this week. However, will Thomas Tuchel start Kepa Arrizabalaga again?<\/span><\/p>\n Robert S\u00e1nchez<\/a> and Illan Meslier<\/a> could both keep a clean sheet this week. Sam Johnstone<\/a> is also a decent pick.<\/p>\n Brighton & Hove Albion<\/a> need to win to secure their Premier League survival. They missed a great chance to do so last week so they should be determined to produce a good performance this week. Leeds United<\/a> struggled against the Seagulls earlier in the season. This could be a very interesting game indeed. Lewis Dunk<\/a> and Stuart Dallas<\/a> could both get clean sheet points.<\/p>\n Marcos Alonso<\/a> is likely to start this week and has a good clean sheet opportunity against relegation-threatened Fulham<\/a>. The Cottagers need all three points, which might provide space for Alonso to run into. We know how much he loves to go forward and this could be a brilliant opportunity for him to get some attacking points. One has to assume Ben Chilwell<\/a> will be rested this week to keep him fresh for the second leg of the Champions League semi-final.<\/a><\/p>\n With 20 points from the last two matches, Timothy Castagne<\/a> is looking back to his best. Leicester City<\/a> should win at Southampton<\/a> this Friday and Castagne could score well again.<\/p>\n West Bromwich Albion<\/a> are currently nine points from safety. They just have to win the Black Country derby this week to keep their survival hopes alive. Matheus Pereira<\/a> scored a massive 15 points against Wolves<\/a> earlier in the season and is playing quite well. He has to produce a stellar performance for the Baggies this week. Perreira is in good form as he almost led West Brom to a crucial win last week only to see Villa snatch a draw right at the end.<\/p>\n Son Heung-min and Gareth Bale<\/a> are both worthwhile options to consider against Sheffield United<\/a>. Bale should start at home to a weaker opposition and he has the potential to go big. Son should do well also.<\/p>\n Raheem Sterling<\/a> did not see a minute of action on Wednesday night in the Champions League. One has to assume he will start this weekend. Sterling is not exactly in great form though. Ferran Torres<\/a> is another one if one wants to take a punt on a Manchester City player.<\/p>\n If he starts, Kai Havertz<\/a> could do very well this week. Fulham’s desperation for the three points could play into the hands of Chelsea.<\/p>\n Chris Wood<\/a> scored a brilliant hat-trick last week to ease Burnley’s<\/a> relegation worries. The Clarets will want to get another three points to solidify their position. They have a great recent record against West Ham United who they have beaten the last couple of times<\/a> the Hammers visited Turf Moor. Wood scored in both of those matches. So, one can consider the New Zealand striker, who is in fantastic form.<\/p>\n Quite a few other strikers could be considered as well but none of them are in great form. Two English strikers Ollie Watkins<\/a> and Dominic Calvert-Lewin<\/a> face-off at Goodison Park with both strikers looking to impress Gareth Southgate<\/a>. Patrick Bamford<\/a> has not scored for a while and has a tough trip to Brighton this week.
