The latest\u00a0 Women\u2019s Super League<\/a> transfer window closed on January 28, and there was a late flurry of eye-catching deals that could end up making a big impact in the second half of the season.<\/p>\n

Deadline Day Round-Up in the Women’s Super League<\/h2>\n

Bristol City Busiest in Women’s Super League Deadline Day<\/h3>\n

Bristol City<\/a> were the busiest club on deadline day, after bringing two players in and seeing one head for the exit door, as the Vixens looked for reinforcements that could reignite their battle to beat the drop.<\/p>\n

Kiera Skeels arrived on a loan deal from Reading for the remainder of the 2020\/21 season to bolster Matt Beard\u2019s defensive options, after only recently breaking into the Royals\u2019 first-team following her breakthrough from the club\u2019s academy.<\/p>\n

Attacking midfielder Molly Pike<\/a> also arrived in the West Country on loan from Everton<\/a>, after making just a solitary start for Willie Kirk\u2019s side in the Women’s Super League this campaign.<\/p>\n

The England U19 international could make her debut in a crucial bottom-of-the-table clash against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday and may give some much-needed impetus to a City attack that has managed just six league goals all season.<\/p>\n

Australia international midfielder Chloe Logarzo<\/a> went in the opposite direction to join new National Women\u2019s Soccer League side, Kansas City.<\/p>\n

One in, One Out at West Ham United<\/h3>\n

There was one in and one out at West Ham United, as South Korea captain Cho So-Hyun<\/a> moved to Tottenham Hotspur on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old makes the switch to north London after making a total of 34 appearances for the Hammers to date, featuring 11 times in 2020\/21.<\/p>\n

The move is a further statement of intent from Rehanne Skinner\u2019s side, who have enjoyed a resurgence in form during recent weeks \u2013 they are unbeaten in their last five games.<\/p>\n

Iceland international Dagny Brynjarsdottir<\/a> was the incoming deadline day arrival for West Ham and became new boss Olli Harder\u2019s first signing since he took charge in December.<\/p>\n

The midfielder will give the Hammers some much-needed additional attacking threat and has experience of playing in her native Iceland, Germany and at college level in the United States.<\/p>\n

The new additions will be looking to make an immediate impact in the next round of Women’s Super League matches, which takes place on January 30th<\/sup> and 31st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
