As their injury crisis rages on, Wolverhampton Wanderers<\/a> recall Patrick Cutrone<\/a> from his loan at Fiorentina<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wolverhampton Wanderers Recall Patrick Cutrone as Wolves Injury Crisis Continues<\/h2>\n

Patrick Cutrone Returns to Ease Wolves Injury Crisis<\/h3>\n

The 23-year-old striker is likely to be thrown straight back into action with Wolves taking on Crystal Palace<\/a> in the FA Cup<\/a> on Friday.<\/p>\n

Cutrone made 11 Serie A<\/a> appearances from the bench but didn’t score in any of his cameos.<\/p>\n

He returns to Wolves to help bolster their squad.<\/p>\n

Fabio Silva<\/a>, on loan from Porto, has been leading the line for Wolves.<\/p>\n

The West Midlands club did not have another senior centre-forward available until Cutrone’s return.<\/p>\n

Cutrone first joined Wolves<\/a> in 2019 from AC Milan. Since he has scored three and assisted four in 24 total appearances.<\/p>\n

Wolves Injury News<\/h3>\n

Wolves provided an update<\/a> on their extensive injury list.<\/p>\n

Raul Jimenez<\/a> is still recovering following his fractured skull. The current news is that he is “doing some early fitness work, but still has a way to go, however things are going well.”<\/p>\n

Portuguese winger Daniel Podence<\/a> is out with a calf injury for a ‘few weeks’. This came after the Manchester United<\/a> game. He has scored three and assisted another in his 15 Premier League appearances.<\/p>\n

Renat Dadashov is still recovering from an anterior cruciate injury that he sustained in September. The 21-year-old centre forward’s surgery was successful<\/a> but he is still recovering.<\/p>\n

Jonny Otto is “making great progress working outside”. The left-back had surgery for his knee injury five months ago, and Wolves are hoping to get him back into team training ‘soon’.<\/p>\n

Defensive midfielder Leander Dendoncker<\/a> suffered a bone bruise on his knee whilst playing for Belgium. He is back in training, after receiving some treatment.<\/p>\n

Centre-back Willy Boly<\/a> has a hamstring injury, but is looking to return to ‘outdoor training this week’.<\/p>\n

Finally, Marcal has a groin injury after playing against Tottenham Hotspur<\/a>. He will not be returning to training yet.<\/p>\n
