Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta says “there will be consequences” for the source that leaked a story over an alleged training ground incident between David Luiz and Dani Ceballos on Friday, according to BBC Sport<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It was reported that the pair came to blows following a heavy tackle from Ceballos on Luiz, with the Brazilian drawing blood from his team-mate in an altercation that followed.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the incident, Arteta said<\/a>: “I don’t like the fact that that incident comes out at all.”<\/p>\n

“I will find out where it is coming from and if that is the case, that goes completely against what I expect from each other, the privacy and the confidentiality that we need, and there will be consequences.”<\/p>\n

“Training is very competitive and issues happen a lot of times. Those things get resolved immediately within the team and there is not much to say.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Arsenal<\/a> boss shrugged off the rumours of a fall-out between Luiz<\/a> and Ceballos<\/a>, stating: “There is no problem at all.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Ceballos was also quick to downplay any rumours of tension between himself and Luiz, retweeting the article<\/a> that reported the events with the word “FAKE”.<\/p>\n

Arteta Will Be Focused on Returning to Winning Ways<\/h3>\n

Arsenal return to action after the international break on Sunday, when they travel to Elland Road to face Leeds United<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After a shock 3-0 home loss to Aston Villa<\/a> last time out, Arteta’s side will be looking to close the gap on teams in the top six with a win. They will be without Mohamed Elneny<\/a> and Sead Kolasinac<\/a>, who both tested positive for COVID-19 on international duty.<\/p>\n

Thomas Partey will also be unavailable for selection<\/a> against the Whites, as he has not recovered from the thigh injury suffered last time out against Villa.<\/p>\n
