Watford<\/a> striker Andre Gray<\/a> has claimed to the Watford Observer<\/a> that he doesn\u2019t want his club to let go of Ismaila Sarr.<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ismaila Sarr Shone in the Premier League<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Starring in eight games for Watford<\/a> so far this campaign, the 22-year-old already has four goal contributions to his name with three goals and one assist.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

His form in the Premier League also caught the eye, with nine goal contributions in 28 games, but it wasn\u2019t enough to save the Hornets from the drop.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It was enough though to pique the interest of several top teams, including Liverpool<\/a>. However, the Senegal international has stayed on at the club and is hoping to fire them back into the top tier of English football.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

‘Like Our Messi’<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Now, his team-mate Andre Gray has spoken out about the player and claims that he is vital to the squad, even going so far as to claim that he is an essential piece of the promotion puzzle. The striker believes that if his side want any chance of promotion, they will have to hold onto him.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Gray said: \u201cThe proof\u2019s in the pudding with Isma. He\u2019s a beast, simple as that.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cHe\u2019ll win us more games than you can imagine. Even if he\u2019s not scoring or assisting, if anyone watches games and understands football, they will understand the effect that he brings to the game.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a game winner, even when we\u2019re not playing that well, he\u2019s like our Messi. He is one of them players that you just give him the ball and just let him do what he\u2019s doing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cWe\u2019re gonna have a lot of problems with the club if if they let him go in January because of the effect that he has and if the club are really serious about getting promoted then he\u2019s the person that we need.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
