Leeds United<\/a> striker Rodrigo has confirmed that he has tested positive for COVID-19. The Spaniard contracted the virus after coming into contact with a family member who he was unaware had been infected. Rodrigo will now self-isolate and miss the Whites’ match against Crystal Palace<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a post on Instagram, Moreno confirmed the news of his positive test and that he would be following all of the required protocols.<\/p>\n

He said: “Unfortunately I have tested positive for COVID-19 after being in contact with a family member that had been infected without us knowing.<\/p>\n

“As per the protocol, I will be self-isolating and will miss the game with Crystal Palace.<\/p>\n

“Both my family and I feel great, we are lucky enough to feel healthy and we are keeping a positive attitude.<\/p>\n

“From home I will support Leeds and the Spanish National Team as a supporter and I will be back on the pitch soon.”<\/p>\n

Hi everyone Unfortunately I have tested positive for COVID-19 after being in contact with a family member that had been infected without us knowing.
