Barrow have completed the signing of Chris Taylor, with the midfielder agreeing a short-term deal with the Cumbria-based side.<\/p>\n
Taylor is Barrow’s 15th signing of the summer, and will add a wealth of experience to the Bluebirds’ midfield.<\/p>\n
The 33-year-old was most recently at Bradford City, where he was released at the end of the season. He made 14 appearances for the Bantams last season in all competitions.<\/p>\n
Taylor began his career with hometown club Oldham Athletic, and amassed close to 300 appearances across a seven-year period with the Latics.<\/p>\n
His best season with Oldham came in the 2010\/11 campaign, as he scored 11 goals and registered eight assists to help his side finish 18th in League One.<\/p>\n
The now-33-year-old earned a move to the Championship, joining Millwall on a one-year deal.<\/p>\n
However, he lasted just the solitary season at The New Den, as he joined Blackburn Rovers<\/a> the following season.
