During that period he scored five goals and registered three assists in 11 appearances.<\/p>\n<p>He then returned to Everton the following season, but could not replicate that form he showed with the German side.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, he returned to Leipzig on a permanent deal last season.<\/p>\n<p>However, he returned to the Red Bull Arena under a new manager, and was not given the same opportunities in comparison to his loan spell. Julian Nagelsmann used Lookman just 13 times last season, and the 22-year-old winger could not register a goal or assist.<\/p>\n<p>With this season seemingly heading in the same direction for the former Everton winger and Leipzig, Lookman returns to England in search of regular game time.<\/p>\n<h3>What Was Said?<\/h3>\n<p>Speaking to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fulhamfc.com\/news\/2020\/september\/Ademola-Lookman-Signs\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">official Fulham website,<\/a> Lookman said: &#8220;I\u2019m glad to have it over the line and done now. I&#8217;m glad I can be here to help the team.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;After the conversations I had with Scott Parker, I got a great feeling, that&#8217;s the working relationship I want to have.
